Hi Mars, This add-on might be of interest to you. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher-revived/ TBH I like the older version more, but it seems functional. https://www.privacytools.io/ might also be of interest. There are ways of dealing with "OS locked" websites. -- Jared On 12/18/18 5:36 PM, J. Marsden DeLapp wrote:

Hi Mars,
Have you tried to use chase.com in a New Private Window (on the pc that isn't working with chase.com)? A new private window works but it loads a mobile version of the web site. It also says, "We'll be updating the Chase and JPMorgan mobile web experience in December and will no longer support this version. Please update to the latest web browser and go to Chase.com or JPMorgan.com, or download the mobile app"
I tried deleting all cookies associated with chase.com and now I can get to the mobile version without a private window. And then I browsed to the rewards part of the web site and went back to accounts and it switched to a regular (non mobile) web site.
I did not know about having multiple firefox profiles with the same user. I will have to check the out someday. In the mean time I got the chase web site working for now.
All this discussion about firefox does not change the fact that when I told Chase I was running Gnu/Linux they said I had to switch to Windows or Mac OS.
If Chase ever calls me to help them with an electrical problem in one of their facilities (like the breaker feeding the coffee pot is tripping), I think my response may be that they need to move to a new building.
