[SDCBeeks] Anyone have a queen?

Hello all I just got a new package in the mail, lots of dead bees and the queen is gone too. I made a claim but was told they have no replacements. I put the bees that were alive into the hive (with the dead queen), but have no idea what to do from there. Thanks Dominique
