Hey Geoff and Ted I completely mis-read my hardware profile. It was a link that I used and saved as a pdf from an old laptop. This Asus has 8GB DDR4 RAM. Sorry about my confusion!! I won't be needing that memory Geoff but I really appreciate it! I think that running 2 browsers and mail app gummed up the jitsy performance. How embarrassing! Brian --
