Normally there'd be a line for the ppa for kdenlive in this directory. You would delete it or comment it out with a # at the beginning of the line, as has been done in your example. So this is weird but may mean that you never actually added the ppa.

delete which file? I see 12 files in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/ but none of them have the string "kdenlive" in them, nor nothing I recognize as specific to Ubuntu. or remove which line?
