Normally there'd be a line for the ppa for kdenlive in this directory. You would delete it or comment it out with a # at the beginning of the line, as has been done in your example. So this is weird but may mean that you never actually added the ppa.

delete which file?I see 12 files in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/ but none of them have the string "kdenlive" in them, nor nothing I recognize as specific to Ubuntu.orremove which line?
My file /etc/apt/sources.list has 5 line, below:
deb http://debian.osuosl.org/debian/ stretch main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security stretch/updates main
# stretch-updates, previously known as 'volatile'
deb http://security.debian.org/ stretch/updates non-free main contrib
deb http://debian.osuosl.org/debian/ stretch-updates non-free main contrib
