Received DVD from UK, get the following various messages. Any suggestions?, Thanks, a

VLC is unable to open the MRL 'dvd:///dev/sr0'. Check the log for details.

I checked this log /usr/bin/vic (don't "grok" the suggestion orif relevant or correct log?
