Hi NMGLUG folks,

Based on advice from Jonathan, I'm trying to set up a Jitsi instance. First, I can say that I'm not clear about the meaning of "set up an instance"??

I found some instructions on https://jitsi.org/downloads/

Here's what I've tried. The last few lines show some errors. Any suggestions?
