I downloaded the 64 bit version a while back. It appears that Microsquish only offers a 64 bit version on their download page. They offer .deb and .rpm versions. You don't want the .rpm version. So there is no 32 bit version available.

A., Is there a 64 bit Skype download instead of 32? I have not looked in some time. You may have the wrong .deb package. You can add the 32-bit architecture as noted if there isn't a 64-bit .deb from Skype.  Just a thought, Ted P.
