I have done about a dozen sugar-roll tests for mites and as yet have found none. Is anyone else testing? If so, what are you finding?
I have done at least a dozen alcohol wash mite tests this season and have had 0-3 mites per hive, so all have been under treatment threshold. I have been surprised and grateful! Several of the hives re-queened, so there was a brood break. Fingers crossed that it stays this way on the next round of tests.
